🍎🍏Quick reminder that we are only THREE WEEKS AWAY FROM FIRST DAY OF BACK TO SCHOOL IN ORANGE COUNTY and adjacent counties .
August 11 ,2025.
⏰Office hours will start later that day so staff can enjoy that first day as well with the children in their families .
🩺 Most insurances still require 365 days between annual physicals .Kwowing your chosen insurance policy requirements is a parent responsibility. Including any payment due as per your contract . If your child is not due yet by first day of school , we can still fill paperwork and expire accordingly. We require 48 to 72 hours for forms due to high volume if you need another cooy besides the one given at the WCC visit date.
If insurance cannot be verified IN ADVANCE or we are not in network ,visit can be done self pay.
🩺 WE ASK TO SEND INFORMATION of NEW INSURANCE IN ADVANCE TO VERIFY BEFORE WORK DAY STARTS : INSURANCE SYSTEMS ARE BECOMING OVERWHELMED THIS LATE IN SUMMER AND CRASHING CONSTANTLY . USE PATIENT PORTAL OR FAX TO 407 381 5802 ( e fax goes direct into electronic system)
♥️ If your child needs an ECG for sports : Nemours & Advent Health are doing them for a nominal fee and are read by pediatric cardiologists . NO REFERAL NEEDED .
💫 Important reminder that a quickie SPORT PHYSICAL elsewhere does not substitute a full annual physical at our office nor for your insurance. 💫
💎Some medical insurances are giving points / gift cards to use towards medical copays or expenses if basic medical care as physicals , women annual visits etc is met by members of family. Please check your insurance website.💎 and don’t forget your HSA cards!
